A highly skilled microsurgeon, Dr. Evans received his training at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He has practiced in El Dorado County since 1986 and has a special interest in cataract surgery. Dr. Evans, in association with Canvasback Missions, Inc. serves the underprivileged peoples of Micronesia and the Marshall Islands, performing eye surgeries. Dr. Evans founded Cedar Eye Center Medical Group in 1989.
Following completion of her ophthalmic training, Dr. Norton was privileged to stay on as a faculty member at Loma Linda University Medical Center She enjoyed training medical students and residents in the broad spectrum of ophthalmic care, especially in eye trauma. She has enjoyed changing the emphasis of her practice to cataract and eyelid surgery.
A cataract surgeon from San Diego, Dr. Bishop is a Loma Linda University Medical Center graduate. He has been an ophthalmology instructor for resident physicians and medical students in Southern California. He has also served the underprivileged in Mexico and Central America. Dr. Bishop has experience in cataract and cosmetic eyelid surgery.
